We offer direct billing to major health insurance companies (Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Claim Secure, Desjardins, Green Shield, Manulife, Sunlife, etc.) and Motor Vehicle Insurance companies.
If you have special conditions or requirements, please write in the comments section. New patients please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork.
12 hours notice needed for appointment cancellation. After-hour voicemail (780-439-5155) and email ([email protected]) are acceptable for cancellation requests. Late cancellation/ no shows are charged $30.
